Teppanyaki turns Vietnamese





 For two nights only, Lotus head chef Dan Hong takes over Teppanyaki's kitchen to create an avant-garde Vietnamese-style dinner. Dan grew up helping his family run the famed Thanh Binh Vietnamese restaurants and will draw upon his heritage in creating some memorable dishes. The result will be a stunning meal showcasing modern Vietnamese gastronomy.
